Your data is used to: respond to your enquiry, prepare your custom invoice, schedule your free site survey, and follow up on your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is not used for advertising profiling.
Your enquiry data is received by our project management team through our secure CRM system. Access is limited to Floors GH staff involved in your project. We do not use third-party marketing platforms that access your personal data.
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is permanently deleted. Project records for completed projects are retained for the duration of the guarantee period for warranty purposes.
