Every project we complete is backed by a written guarantee and completion certificate. Not verbal assurances — a written document with clear terms that is enforceable and means something.
The guarantee covers material quality and workmanship — specifically the adhesion, flatness, finish quality, and performance characteristics of the flooring system against the specification agreed at project outset. If the floor fails to perform to specification due to our materials or workmanship, we return to rectify at no cost.
The completion certificate documents: project address, system installed, installation dates, materials specification, installer credentials, moisture readings taken, test results where applicable (ESD testing), and the guarantee period.
Premium epoxy systems: 10–15 years. LVT systems: 15–20 years (commercial grade). Engineered hardwood: 10–15 years. Natural stone and marble: 10 years (subject to maintenance protocol). Polished concrete: 10–20 years. ESD systems: 10 years (with annual testing).
Damage caused by extraordinary impact, flooding beyond the DPM specification, structural movement of the building, or failure to follow the maintenance protocol provided at handover. We will always advise honestly when a reported issue is outside guarantee scope.
