Website Use

This website and its content (text, images, designs, code) are the property of Floors GH unless otherwise noted. You may view, share, and reference content for personal and commercial evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce our content for commercial use without written permission.

Enquiries & Proposals

Form submissions and informal enquiries are treated as requests for information and do not constitute a contract. Proposals we issue are valid for 30 days from the proposal date unless otherwise stated. Proposals become binding when signed by both parties and any required deposit is received.

Site Surveys

Free on-site surveys are provided without obligation. Survey findings may be shared with you in writing as part of a proposal. Survey activities at your site are conducted by Floors GH personnel and insured under our professional and public liability cover.

Installation Agreements

When you engage Floors GH for installation, a formal installation agreement is executed specifying: scope, specification, timeline, milestones, payment schedule, variation protocols, and acceptance criteria. Our standard terms include progress payments against commissioning milestones and a final retention payment on acceptance of the Completion Certificate.

Guarantee

Our Completion Certificate guarantee is described in detail on our Guarantee page. It is the comprehensive statement of our coverage. Standard exclusions apply.

Liability

Floors GH carries appropriate professional and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of our installation work and does not extend to consequential damages beyond our insurance coverage. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, supply chain disruptions outside our control) may affect delivery timelines.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes are resolved in Ghanaian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective from the date posted. Continued use of our website or services after update constitutes acceptance.
